Roasted
Green beans come up from Chikmagalur and go through the drum once a week — never more than we can pour in seven days.

Ground
Dialled in every morning against the day's humidity, then again after lunch. The dose is weighed, not guessed.

Poured
Milk steamed to order, one jug at a time. If it doesn't look right in the cup, it goes down the sink, not on the tray.
