What we do

Everyday medicine, done properly

Primary care covers most of what a family needs in a year. Here is what that looks like at Cedarline, in plain English.

  • Primary & preventive care

Annual physicals, screenings, blood pressure and cholesterol checks — catching things while they are still small.

    • Annual physical

Newborn checks, well-child visits, school and sports physicals, and the awkward teenage questions too.

Insurance, checked before you book

Nobody should find out at the front desk. Pick your plan below and we'll tell you where you stand, and what to do next either way.

Check your plan

An instant answer based on our current contracts, reviewed 1 August 2026.

We never ask for your member ID on this page.

Your result will appear here. Choose a plan and select “Check this plan”.

Plans we're contracted with

  • Cascade Health Plan — PPO & HMO
  • Northstar Blue — PPO
  • Evergreen Advantage — Medicare Advantage
  • Meridian Choice — HMO
  • Pacific Trust — POS
  • Riverstone Health Network — EPO
  • Medicare Part B
  • Self-pay — transparent pricing

Plans change. Benefits differ even within the same carrier, and being in network doesn't tell you your copay or how much deductible you have left. Call the number on your card, or ask our billing team on (503) 555-0143 and we'll run a benefits check for you before your visit — free, and usually the same day.

Price transparency

What it costs

Self-pay prices, published. These are what you pay if you have no insurance or choose not to use it — due on the day, with no separate facility fee.

Self-pay prices for common visits and tests at Cedarline Family Health, effective 1 August 2026.
Visit or testSelf-pay priceWhat's included
New patient visit$18040 minutes, full history, and a written plan.
Established patient visit$12020 minutes with your own clinician.
Annual physical / wellness exam$23040 minutes, screening review, and standard labs ordered.
Telehealth visit$8520 minutes by video or phone.
Nurse visit$45Blood pressure check, injection, dressing change, suture removal.
Basic metabolic panel$28Drawn on site, results usually next day.
Lipid panel$32Fasting not required for most people.
HbA1c$24Three-month blood sugar average.
Complete blood count$26Drawn on site.
Rapid strep or flu test$35Result during your visit.
Vaccine administration fee$25Per dose, plus the cost of the vaccine itself.

An honest note. If you're using insurance, these prices do not apply — what you pay depends on your plan's copay, coinsurance, and how much deductible you have left, and we cannot see that from here. Ask us for a written good faith estimate before any visit and we will provide one within three business days, as federal law requires. If a bill would stop you coming in, tell us: we have a sliding-scale programme and payment plans, and nobody is turned away for asking.

Patient resources

The admin, made short

Forms, refills, records, and the portal. Everything clinical stays inside the secure portal — never in email or a web form.

  • Patient portal

Results, messages to your clinician, visit notes, statements, and your video-visit link. Secure and HIPAA-compliant.

    Sign in to the portal

  • New patient forms

Digital intake, signed on your phone in about eight minutes. Complete it 24 hours ahead and your first visit starts on time.

    Start digital intake

  • Prescription refills

Request through the portal or ask your pharmacy to send it. Allow two business days — we don't refill controlled medicines by message.

    Request a refill

  • Medical records

Request a copy of your record, or have it sent to another practice. Fulfilled within 30 days, usually inside five business days.

    Request records

  • After hours

A Cedarline clinician answers our advice line 24 hours a day. For anything life-threatening, call 911 — don't wait for us.

Accessibility

Our accessibility statement

A clinic that can't be used by every patient isn't a clinic. This statement is specific on purpose — vague ones help nobody.

What we have done

  • Contrast. Every text and background pair on this site was measured. Body text is at least 4.5:1 and large text at least 3:1; our main pairing, deep forest on cream, measures 13.3:1.
  • Keyboard. Everything here — including the whole booking flow and the insurance checker — works without a mouse, with a visible focus outline at every stop and a skip link to the main content.
  • Screen readers. Headings run in order, form fields carry real labels, errors are tied to their field programmatically, and step changes in the booking flow are announced through a live region.
  • Motion and zoom. Animation is limited and respects your reduce motion setting. The page reflows to 400% zoom and to a 320-pixel screen without side-to-side scrolling.
  • In the clinic. Both sites are step-free with accessible restrooms and hearing loops. ASL interpreters are booked at no cost to you with 48 hours' notice, and video remote interpreting is available same-day in more than 200 languages.
  • Testing. Reviewed with NVDA and VoiceOver, keyboard-only navigation, and automated checks at each release. Last full audit: 12 June 2026. Next scheduled: December 2026.

Known limitations, and how to report a barrier

Two things we know about: our printable patient-information leaflets are not yet fully tagged PDFs, and the third-party payment window is outside our control — we are working with that supplier and will provide the same service by phone in the meantime.

If any part of this site or our clinics is hard for you to use, tell us. Say what page or place, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. We reply within two business days and will offer the information or service another way while we fix it.
