Every input below moves the number in real time, and the number you see is the number you pay. Products, equipment, travel and tax are already in it.
Price includes all products, equipment, travel and tax. No lock-in, no cancellation fee with 24 hours' notice. Prefer to talk it through? Call 1-800-586-2532.
This is the whole price. If the job turns out bigger than described, we call you before we start — we never invoice a surprise.
Every "from" price below is a real quote from the calculator — not a teaser. Your own number depends on bedrooms, bathrooms and extras.

The once-or-twice-a-year reset: skirting boards, door frames, inside cupboards, behind appliances, limescale, grout.
Built to the end-of-tenancy standard letting agents check against. Empty property, inside everything, deposit-back checklist supplied.
Small offices, studios and clinics up to about 30 desks. Out-of-hours slots from 6am or after 6pm so nobody works around a mop.
This is the checklist your cleaners work from, printed on the job sheet. Open any room to see the exact tasks.
Cleaning is a trust business before it is a cleaning business. Here is exactly how that trust is built.
Every cleaner passes a national background check, right-to-work verification and two contactable references. Roughly one in nine applicants makes it through. Nobody works alone in your home in their first eight weeks.
40 hours of paid training before a first solo shift — surface chemistry, cross-contamination, colour-coded cloths, and how to work in someone's home without disturbing it. Refreshers every quarter.
Plant-derived, third-party eco-certified, and fragrance-free on request. Safe around children, pets and asthma. We bring everything, including a HEPA vacuum per crew — you never supply a thing.
$2,000,000 public liability cover and a $25,000 fidelity bond on every crew. Certificates are emailed with your booking confirmation — you don't have to ask for them.
You hear it from us the same day, in writing, with a photo — before you find it. We repair or replace up to $1,500 per item without an argument, and anything above that goes straight to the insurer.
Keys are held in a numbered safe with no address on the tag. Door codes are stored encrypted and visible only to your assigned crew on the day. Access notes are deleted 90 days after your last clean.

"The price on the website was the price on the invoice, which after three other companies is genuinely all I wanted. Same two people every fortnight, and they've learned the house — the bad tap, the door that sticks."
"Full deposit back, no deductions, and the agent actually commented on the oven. They gave me a signed checklist to hand over, which is the bit nobody else thinks to do."
"I have a toddler and a dog, so the fragrance-free thing mattered. Booked at 11pm on a Sunday, confirmed within the hour, and the flat smelled of absolutely nothing afterwards. Perfect."
"First visit they missed the meeting room bins — I flagged it at 9am and someone was back before lunch, no fuss and no invoice. Eight months of weekly cleans since and it hasn't happened again."
From 2005 to 2016 I cleaned wards, theatres and isolation rooms. In a hospital, cleaning is a measured process. Colour-coded cloths so a bathroom sponge never reaches a benchtop. A checklist signed at the end of every room. An audit if a swab comes back wrong.
When I left and took a job with a domestic cleaning company in 2016, all of that vanished. One cloth for the whole flat. Prices invented on the doorstep depending on how the postcode looked. Cleaners paid per job, rushing so hard they skipped the parts nobody checks.
Luma started in 2019 with two people, one van and one rule: publish the price, and clean to a written standard. Seven years of that has turned into 34 employed cleaners across four cities, and a business where roughly seven in ten new customers arrive because somebody they know sent them.
I still do a ride-along every Friday. If your clean isn't right, my number is on your confirmation email — not a call centre's.

Not "we'll try to make it right." A number and a deadline: tell us within 48 hours of your clean and we come back at our cost — usually the next working day. If the second visit still isn't up to standard, you pay nothing for that clean, up to $400 refunded to your card within three working days.
Used 41 times last year across 6,200 cleans. We'd rather show you that number than pretend it never happens.
Reply to your confirmation email, or call. A photo helps but isn't required.
Same crew where you want them back, a different crew where you don't. Your call, no questions.
Full refund of that clean up to $400, back on your card in three working days. No form to fill in.
Pause or cancel a recurring plan any time with 24 hours' notice. No exit fee, ever.
No deposit and no card needed to hold a slot. You'll get a written confirmation with your crew's names, your insurance certificates and the checklist they'll work from.
Thanks — we'll confirm your slot by email and text within the hour.
